Kobido massage
Kobido massage , also known as “Japanese facelift without a scalpel,” is a traditional facial massage technique that combines elements of therapeutic and aesthetic massage. Its origins date back to the Japanese imperial court, where it was practiced as early as the 14th century as a way to preserve youth and beauty. Kobido massage is considered one of the oldest and most advanced facial massage techniques in the world. The goal of Kobido massage is to improve skin condition, increase its elasticity, and stimulate facial muscles, which can lead to a natural lifting effect. This massage works not only on the skin’s surface but also affects deeper layers, stimulating blood and lymph circulation, which contributes to better skin nourishment and faster toxin removal. This technique combines various movements, such as stroking, tapping, rubbing, and acupressure techniques, to stimulate energy points on the face. As a result, Kobido massage can also bring relaxation and stress relief, affecting not only the body but also the mind.

These techniques are used to stimulate the skin, facial muscles, and lymphatic system. Kobido massage is typically performed in several stages, including cleansing the skin, applying massage oils or creams, and then the actual massage.
