Salon regulations

§ 1 General provisions

1. These regulations define the rules for using the services provided at the La Gio Institute Salon located at ul. Warszawska 181 E/3 in Gorzów Wielkopolski.

2. Salon clients are obliged to read the Regulations before commencing any treatment performed in my office.

3. Participation in the Treatment constitutes acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations. Each Client is obligated to comply directly with their provisions from the moment of expressing informed consent to the Treatment until its completion.

4. Any adult natural person can be a client of the Salon.

5. Treatments may be provided to minors over the age of 14 with the express written consent of a legal guardian. The Salon Owner has the right to request the submission of appropriate consent at any time and to refuse to provide the treatment if consent is not provided or is refused.

§ 2  Provision of services

1. The La Gio Institute Salon offers manual massage services and offers gift vouchers and treatment packages. Current offers are available on the Salon’s website:

2. Before starting the Treatment, the Owner conducts an interview with the Client in order to determine whether the Client’s health condition, past or present illnesses, as well as lifestyle do not constitute contraindications to undergoing the Treatment or pose a risk of side effects, and to establish post-treatment recommendations.

3. The provision of personal data by Customers in surveys, customer cards, or in the loyalty program is tantamount to consent to the processing of data by La Gio Institute located at ul. Warszawska 181E/3 in Gorzów Wielkopolski in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended).

4. Each Client is informed of contraindications, side effects, and post-treatment recommendations, and by proceeding with the Treatment, they are fully aware of and accept these. The Owner has the right to request written confirmation of this and refuse to perform the Treatment if the Client is unwilling to submit such a declaration.

5. Before starting the Treatment, Clients are obliged to inform the Owner of any ailments and contraindications that may affect the course of the Treatment.

6. Each time, before starting the next treatment, the Client should confirm the validity of the interview and the information provided in the questionnaire.

7. Clients are obliged to immediately inform the Owner if their well-being deteriorates during the Treatment.

8. The Owner has the right to refuse to perform the Treatment also if he determines that the Client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

9. Failure to accept the regulations is tantamount to resignation from the service.

§ 3  Payment

1. The Client is obligated to pay for services provided. Payment can be made in cash or by card.

2. The price list for treatments is available on the Salon’s website at:  lagioinstitute.com

3. Prices included in the offer and on the website are subject to change. This does not apply to previously purchased packages or gift vouchers. In the event of a price change, the client will be notified prior to the procedure.

4. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts, unless expressly stated otherwise in the special offer.

5. The duration of a given promotion and the types of treatments covered by the promotion during a given period are determined by the La Gio Institute Salon. All of the above information is provided in each Salon’s current promotion.

6. The Salon reserves the right to run temporary promotions on Treatments provided at the Salon. Taking advantage of a reduced price or promotional offer may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be publicly announced. Clients who have paid the full price for the Treatment are not entitled to any claims under this promotion.

§ 4  Gift Vouchers

1. At La Gio Institute it is possible to purchase Gift Vouchers in-store.

2. A Gift Voucher is issued for a specific person, for a specific Treatment, and for a selected amount. The voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

3. The Gift Voucher in the stationary version can be purchased in my Salon after prior arrangement of the voucher collection date.

4. In the event of loss, destruction or destruction of vouchers, La Gio Institute is not responsible and does not provide compensation.

5. La Gio Institute is not responsible and does not provide compensation in the event of non-acceptance of the salon regulations by the person receiving the voucher.

6. Gift vouchers and packages will not be redeemed after their expiry date.

7. Cash refunds for purchased vouchers/packages are not allowed.

8. Redemption of received vouchers or discounts and purchase of the service constitutes confirmation that the Customer accepts the terms and conditions contained in these Regulations.

9. If the person holding the gift voucher/package does not arrive at the agreed time and does not notify of their absence, La Gio Institute will treat this as a completed service.

§ 5  Liability

1. Customers are fully liable for any damage to the Salon’s equipment. Their legal representatives are responsible for any damage caused by minors.

2. The salon is not responsible for outerwear. The salon is not responsible for any items left in outerwear, in particular valuables, bags, backpacks, and purses, which the client should keep with them.

3. Failure by the Client to comply with the provisions of the Regulations or making false statements regarding his/her health condition and contraindications or in the interview results in the exclusion of liability for the performed Treatment on the part of the Salon.

4. The Salon is not responsible for any client dissatisfaction with the final results of the Treatment, resulting from subjective impressions. Treatments are performed professionally and in accordance with the art, and each client is aware that the effects of the treatment are individual and may not be fully satisfactory.

§ 6  Appointment bookings

 1. The Client should make an appointment in advance for the Treatment to be performed at the Salon in person, by telephone or via the website  lagioinstitute.com .

2. Guests must arrive for booked Treatments no later than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. The salon reserves the right to refuse a Treatment to a Client who arrives more than 10 minutes late.

3. Notwithstanding the above, with the Client’s express consent, the Treatment may be performed even if delayed, provided that individual stages of the Treatment will be shortened at the Owner’s discretion (performed part-time), with the exception of stages that have a specified minimum duration. The full price of the Treatment will be charged for such a performed Treatment.

4. If the Treatment is delayed due to reasons attributable to the Salon, including the Owner, none of the stages will be shortened.

5. The Salon reserves the right to cancel a Treatment up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time. The Salon will then agree on a new Treatment date with the Client.

6. Priority in scheduling the Treatment date is given to Clients who have made a reservation.

§ 7  Absences and cancellation of visits

1. Cancellation of a treatment or change of treatment date less than 24 hours before its commencement entitles the Salon to charge a non-refundable fee of up to 25% of the value of the agreed services.

2. The Client may also be charged the above fee if he or she is excessively late for the scheduled appointment and it is not possible to perform the service during the remaining time.

3. In each case, the decision as to whether a fee will be charged is made individually by the Salon Owner.

§ 8  Complaints

1. The Client has the right to file a complaint regarding the manner of performing the Treatment or its effects within 3 days of its completion or the occurrence of undesirable effects. To file a complaint, proof of the Treatment’s performance at the Salon must be provided in any form.

2. Complaints must be submitted in writing in person at the Salon.

3. All complaints will be considered within 14 days.

4. If the complaint is upheld, the Salon will not refund the price of the service provided. The Salon may offer corrections and additional benefits as compensation.

5. If a complaint is refused, the Customer has the right to appeal the decision within 14 days. The above provisions apply accordingly to appeal proceedings.

6. If the Client questions the Treatment immediately after its completion, they are not exempt from paying for the service. They have the right to file a complaint.

§ 9  Other provisions

1. Smoking and the use of tobacco, tobacco and nicotine products, including electronic cigarettes, as well as other stimulants and narcotics, are strictly prohibited throughout the entire Salon. Consuming your own alcoholic beverages is also strictly prohibited.

2. If a Client appears under the influence of alcohol and/or other intoxicants, the Owner of La Gio Institute will not perform the scheduled treatment. Such individuals, as well as individuals behaving inappropriately, will be asked to leave the Salon.

3. It is prohibited to bring animals into the Salon.

4. All persons staying on the premises of La Gio Institute are obliged to comply with these regulations and follow the suggestions of the Owner.
